Almond & Coconut Marble Cake

INGREDIENTS
- 200 gr almond flour 
- 30 gr coconut flour 
- 3 eggs 
- 100 gr butter 
- 110 gr sugar 
- 70 gr semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, chopped 
- 3 tbsp yoghurt (Greek style) 
- 2 tbsp heavy cream 
- 2 tsp vanilla extract 
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder 
- 1 packet baking powder 
- A pinch of salt 
INSTRUCTIONS
- Melt the butter and the chocolate separately and set aside to cool. 
- Mix together almond, coconut flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside 
- Beat the eggs for a while then add the sugar and keep mixing. 
- Add the butter, cream, yoghurt, vanilla to the batter in order while the mixer is running. 
- Put the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix. 
- Divide the batter between 2 bowls. 
- Stir the cocoa powder and melted chocolate into the mixture in one of the bowls. 
- Spoon the batter into the greased cake pan in 3 layers. Each layer content mixing plain and cocoa mixture. 
- With knife swirl it around the mixture in the tin a few times to create a marble effect. 
- Bake for 40-45 minutes in the preheated oven at 180C (356F). 
- After cool you can drizzle melted chocolate top of the cake.
