Caramel
Prepare time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
- 120 ml cream 
- 80 gr butter 
- 200 gr sugar 
- A pinch of salt 
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Melt and caramelize sugar in a skillet over medium heat. Do not stir until small bubbles begin to appear. Once it starts caramelizing you can stir before adding butter. 
- Once sugar is totally dissolved and caramelized add the butter and salt then stir frequently. 
- When the butter is incorporated pour the cream into the mixture and keep whisking about a minute. 
- You can use it for up to a week by storing in the fridge. Before serving, it needs to be heated.
