Pancakes
Prep time: 10 minutes
Bake time: 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
- 200 ml milk 
- 120 gr flour 
- 1 large egg or 2 medium eggs 
- 2 tsp sugar 
- 2 tbsp oil 
- 1 packet baking powder 
- ¼ tsp baking soda 
- 1 tsp vanilla extract 
- A pinch of salt 
- 2-3 drops lemon juice 
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Whisk the egg with sugar. 
- Add the other ingredients and combine them. 
- Mix them until smoothy and creamy. Avoid too much mixing. 
- Set aside the batter while heating up your non-stick flat pan. Once it is hot, wait apprx 2 min. and then lower the heat down to low-medium heat. 
- Lightly grease the pan with 1 tbsp oil and wipe away with a sheet of paper towel. 
- Pouring the batter slowly about 2 tbsp by starting from the middle so it will get into circle shape. 
- Use your spatula When you see the bubbles, that means it is ready to flip. 
- You can serve with maple syrup, honey or chocolate cream.
