Chocolate Chips Banana Bread
Prep time: 15 minutes
Bake time: 1 hour 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 large bananas 
- 3 medium eggs (at room temperature) 
- 110 gr butter ( at room temperature) 
- 120 gr brown sugar 
- 250 gr flour 
- 2 tsp baking powder 
- ½ ground cinnamon 
- 75 gr sour cream 
- 1 tsp vanilla extract 
- 150 gr chocolate chips 
- A pinch of salt 
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 18oC (350F). 
- Grease a loaf pan with butter. 
- Mush well the bananas and set aside. 
- Combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt in a bowl and mix together. 
- Beat the butter with sugar until it is creamy and light. 
- Add the eggs one at a time, ripe bananas, sour cream, vanilla and mix them. 
- Put the dry ingredients into the mix bowl bit again until combined. 
- Fold through the chocolate chips. 
- Pour the batter into the pan and bake for about 1 hour 15 minutes until the knife comes out clean.
